It’s that time of year again in the P5 room, when the boys and girls roll up their sleeves to make some Boxty.
The girls and boys followed instructions carefully. Children took turns peeling, grating and mashing potatoes to make some dumplings of Boxty.
We look forward to sampling our Boxty later in the week 😀
