In P1 and 2 our class story is Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper.
We re-told the story and decided to follow the characters and make ‘The best soup you’ve ever tasted.’ The children sliced the vegetables like the Cat, stirred in the water like the Squirrel and seasoned using salt and pepper like the Duck.
We had lots of fun and had a yummy healthy snack ready for after play!🥣🎃
