This week, P3 and P4 have been busy exploring length as part of our measurement topic. The children used rulers, metre sticks, and tape measures to investigate objects both in our classroom and around the school. They worked brilliantly in pairs and small groups, measuring everything from books and tables to corridors and playground equipment!
The pupils loved comparing their findings, discussing which objects were longer or shorter, and recording their measurements accurately. It was a fun, hands‑on way to develop their numeracy skills and confidence with practical maths.
