We had great fun today using our senses to focus on different foods and guess what was placed in our cups.
All the children wore blindfolds and had the chance to feel, smell and taste a selection of food.
We had a good discussion about the different textures and smells of food.
We talked about how we felt and how we can focus attention like this to help with other activities.
